Things cost more than they used to, young people’s hair is stupid. Thank gosh I was never really “with it” cause if I was I’d be starting to miss it rig ht about now.

I’ve been a curmudgeonly old man since I was 15. It’s wonderful.

My mom once told me I've been 40 since I was 12.

Embrace it!
I have always been an old man at heart. I started smoking cigars at 18, I lust after Lincoln Town Cars , I drink scotch like it’s water, and I’ve recently chased kids off my lawn . Also, I’ve been receiving AARP membership junk mail unsolicited since the day I turned 21. That is absolutely true.

Current popular music is just terrible.

Uh oh. You’re almost to the terminal stage, where you’ll start trying to sell Toyota truck beds on the internet.
Oh wait...

It is. I know because I spend a lot of time listening to it when my kid is in the car.

Mmmm town cars..... One of my dream builds is a dark purple 1995 town car with a 5.4 or 6.8 swap. I absolutely love that generation.

The day I realized I was old™ was the day I found myself admiring a Buick.

My eight year old has been provided with Led Zeppelin. He likes F rank Sinatra. And Neil Young. He states that Frank is objectively a better singer, but Neil has a lot of songs and can play Harmonica. So there’s hope.

Ron Swanson drives a Buick. Now just because I have helmet hair, a brown button down shirt, a thick, bushy moustache and my name is Ron........oh, goddammit they got me!

I’ll be 33 in a few weeks, I think I’ve loved Buicks since I was 22........I guess old comes early now.

It seems, though, that Buick has worked hard to shake that image of being cars for old people. I’m almost 20 years older than you, though, so I still feel that way.

I think I just love the Comfort/reliability/mileage aspect. I’ve gotten away from the need for tons of power and insane handling, I just want something kinda fun/reliable/efficient/comfortable.
Any 1990-2004 Buick I’ve been in is like a couch on a cloud and has no issue cracking 30 mpg.
